Recently, the Seattle Center in Washington State drew inspiration from the vision of a child who could see beyond the standard “slides and swings” of most playgrounds. He drew a pretty elaborate picture of elevated play structures and a swirly slide, and included an inset drawing of a slide and swings labeled “not fun”…this was our favorite part. Using the child’s drawing to conceptualize a new playground, the design team worked with KOMPAN to build “The Best Playground In Seattle!”
